In case anyone sees this 6 years later. I’m the voice of Xun You. As a pro voice actor with much more experience now, hearing this is so cringe. The whole voice cast was new for this and the direction we got was subpar at best, but most of us didn’t know any better. Y’all have every right to be mad about it haha. I wish I could go back in time and re-do everything with the knowledge and chops I have now.

Don't get me wrong, Jonathon Ha's performance is decent, but it just doesn't seem quite as right hearing 9 Yuan Shao not be so enthusiastic. I decided to screw around with ElevenLabs and cloned Grey's performance using Artificial Intelligence by inserting 5 minutes of his voice performance. I think it did a decent job, but it doesn't have the same emotion or ham to it at times, sometimes resulting in need to make several takes. Whatever your thoughts are, I hope you enjoy what Origins Shao could've sounded like with his 9 voice actor. Borrowed most footage from Shirrako and used it as a basis for this video bar one part with the "Trust in me" where Shirrako didn't accompany Yuan Shao for his charge.
